All our dogs are vaccinated, friendly, and used to meeting guests.
They don't know how lucky they are!
Our dogs don’t know how lucky they are.
So many of our guests at GlenMyu Estate comment on the paradise that the dogs live in.
They are loved, get plenty of petting and are fed well.
GlenMyu Estate has five acres of land and we really think that the dogs see it as their playground.Â
It’s wonderful watching them run around the land, investigate and play.

We always send a message to guests that book with us that we have dogs at the estate.
If you are uncomfortable with dogs, then GlenMyu Estate is not the place for you. There are lots of other hotels, villas and guest houses for you to choose from on the island that are pet free.
Can I bring my dog with me?
We clearly are dog lovers and all the animals that live at the GlenMyu Estate.
There are also chickens, ducks, a cow and a bull.
Other animals visit the estate to forage. There are monkeys that come to the trees to eat our Jackfruit, Mangoes and Avocados when they are in season.
As this is our dogs home we don’t allow guests to bring their pets.
The dogs are quite territorial. It would not be relaxing for both us and the guests if we were to be worried about the safety of your pet.
The good thing is that you will be able to spend time with our friendly dogs and watch them living their special lives in the Sri Lankan hill country.
